Price matching at Kohl’s
If you find an identical item at a lower price in-store or online at Kohls.com, simply request a price match by following these easy steps:
In-Store Purchases:
- Visit your local Kohl’s store with a printed copy of the competitor’s ad, digital ad available through Flipp, or the retailer’s primary website with you, showing the identical product you wish to purchase from Kohl’s.
- Make sure the ad includes the current price, description of the item, and the competitor’s current/valid retail or sale price of the item.
- Present the ad to a Kohl’s associate at the checkout counter and they’ll take care of the rest!
Price Matching Online Items:
Kohl’s stores do not price match competitors’ online pricing. But you can price match competitors’ online prices on Kohls.com items. If you find a lower price online for an identical item from a direct competitor Kohl’s will match the price as long as the competitor’s product is new and identical to the one sold on Kohls.com.
Price Adjustment
Already bought the item? No problem. If you notice a price drop within 30 days of your purchase, just bring in your original receipt and Kohl’s will match the new price and refund you the difference. Your purchase would be eligible for a price adjustment if it meets the following criteria: the item was purchased on sale or at a regular price, the price of the item was reduced to below the final price you paid within two weeks of the purchase date and you have the original, dated sales receipt.
Things to keep in mind when price matching at Kohl’s
- Coupons, dollar-off and/or percentage-off, cannot be applied to a price-matched product.
- Kohl’s reserves the right to limit quantities and to otherwise exercise discretion in the application of their Price Match Policy.
- Exclusions (holiday discounts) are not eligible for price match.
